Returns and refunds
You retain the right to return an order within 14 days of receiving your order. It is possible to return an entire order or only part of it.
It is free of charge to send back an order.*
*(If you are located in Norway, UK or Switzerland you are responsible for paying return shipping if you want to use your cancellation option)
However, the original shipping and handling charges, if any, will not be refunded.
If you are returning your product due to damage, shortages or defect, the original shipping and handling charges, if any, will be refunded.
If your order has already been shipped by the time you request a refund, cancellation is still possible. Simply return the products using the provided return label and we will refund the order once it arrives at our warehouse again if it is eligible for a refund.
It is not possible to cancel/return an order by rejecting or not picking up the order without the prior consent of BIBS Denmark ApS.

The products must be shipped back within the 14-day cancellation period.
Kindly use the return label provided in the package and return the carefully wrapped items back to the same carrier that delivered your order. If you are missing a return label or are unsure of which carrier to employ, reach out to us on email@example.com.
To be eligible for a refund, the product(s) must be in new or unused/unopened condition, with all the original product inserts and accessories.
Kindly ask for the receipt of shipment and track-and-trace-number upon sending for reference.
BIBS Denmark ApS will not pay or refund shipping costs if another shipping option than the provided return label is used to return the order.
BIBS Denmark ApS holds the rights to retain your refund until the order has arrived or documentation of the respective return has been provided.
The refund will be returned to the payment option used in the original transaction. Kindly allow 7-14 business days to process your refund upon receipt at our warehouse.
Damage, Shortage, Defect
Any damage, shortages or defect should be notified to us within 24 hours of delivery. Send the complaint with photos of the entire exterior of the package, showing the overall condition of the package; the opened package, with the contents and inner packaging in the package being clearly visible; and a detailed photo (close-up) of the actual damage to the item. We will handle the complaint as soon as possible.
